2.3. You understand that timely payment of our fees is crucial for the continuation of services. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of services.

3. Fees and Payments

3.1. Our fees and payment terms will be specified in the Service Agreement or Proposal. Fees may include setup fees, recurring service fees, and additional costs related to advertising spend.

3.2. All payments should be made according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may incur interest or lead to service suspension or termination.

7.1. Afinity Media is not liable for any direct or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7.2. You agree to indemnify and hold Afinity Media harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service Agreement will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, through legal action in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction specified in the Service Agreement.

9. Modifications to Terms

9.1. Afinity Media reserves the right to modify these Terms, and any changes will be communicated to you in writing. Your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Entire Agreement

10.1. These Terms, along with the Service Agreement or Proposal, represent the entire understanding between Afinity Media and the client.
